2534 MASTER ASSOCIATION
The 2534 Master Association has Mountain-n-Plains, Inc., Real Estates Services to provide a complete range of services, all for a competitive cost coupled with a high level of personnel, professional, direct communications. Mountain-n-Plains, Inc. manages the common element at 2534, overseeing among other things, the landscaping, private streets, lighting, irrigation system, code compliance, and snow removal. Mountain-n-Plains, Inc. monitors public services of the Town of Johnstown and it communicates regularly with town officials.
